CRISPIN TEUFEL<\/strong><\/p>\n Chief Executive Officer<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCRISPIN’S PROFILE\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t Crispin joined NSM in 2023 as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), previously serving five years as Lincare’s CEO and being the Finance Director for an additional two years. From his time there, he served approximately 1.8 million patients from the comfort of their own home. Holding the senior vice president of patient solutions and partnerships at Lucira, Mike lead 450 teammates responsible for contracting, automation, and optimization of end-to-end revenue cycle management. He is responsible for reveneue cycle management alongside worflow optimization.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t ANN MAHAFFEY<\/strong><\/p>\n Chief Human Resources Officer<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAnn’s Profile\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t Ann brings more than 25 years’ of experience to NSM, managing, developing and delivering HR strategies for large, multi-site operations including Sears & Roebuck. She is responsible for developing human capital strategies to support NSM’s corporate objectives, talent acquisition, performance management, organizational structure, total rewards programs and building a high-performance culture.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t DARREN LOWMAN<\/strong><\/p>\n Chief Supply Chain Officer<\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDarren’s Profile\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t Prior to joining NSM, Lowman served as Director of Strategic Sourcing at Tractor Supply Co., a $7 billion retailer with more than 1,700 locations. While there, he led the development and execution of a worldwide sourcing strategy. Matt’s primary areas of concentration revolve around implementing and overseeing the Compliance program throughout the organization.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t DOUG MCDANIEL<\/strong><\/p>\nSVP STEPHANIE BUCKLEY<\/strong><\/p>\nVP Stephanie Buckley joined NSM in 2017 and brings more than 20 years’ experience leading, developing and delivering brand and marketing strategies for businesses of all sizes, but most recently for The Little Clinic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Kroger Co.. Buckley is responsible for brand management, marketing programs, and company internal & external communications.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t JEFF MATUKEWICZ<\/strong><\/p>\nGeneral Counsel Jeff Matukewicz is the General Counsel & Secretary. He oversees NSM’s legal issues and questions pertaining to healthcare regulatory and operational matters, contracts, acquisitions, escalated collection issues, and compensations issues.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t DEREK MILLER<\/strong><\/p>\nVP Derek Miller started with NSM as a Regional Area Director with over 14 years of field experience. Prior to NSM, Derek helped grow Home Health Depot from a single site DME outlet to one of the largest CRT providers in the Midwest. Derek’s experience as a certified ATP with Lean Six Sigma training provides a unique leadership perspective to help NSM’s clients and referral sources achieve their seating and mobility objectives.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t THOMAS LOPEZ<\/strong><\/p>\nVP Thomas joined NSM in 2014 and has held operations and business development roles. He acted as regional area director for 3 years before becoming the Southeast Regional Vice President in 2020. Thomas began his career in the CRT industry over 16 years ago at a locally owned family business in Iowa. \nDoug McDaniel joined NSM in 2005 after a 15-year career owning and operating a multisite Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) company. His varied experience in the rehab industry led him to be tapped to lead NSM’s national CRT network, Capstone Mobility Group. Capstone managed NSM’s contracting and business relationships with health plans on a national, regional, and even local basis, and maintained a full national provider network until 2013.\nDoug re-joined NSM in 2013, leading business development efforts. He also maintains responsibility for managing NSM’s health plan relationships.\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t
